So today after a few years of putting it to the side, I decided to go back to jui jitsu. This time I went to the Gracie studio down the street from my work. I got to tell ya, they’ve gotten a pretty nice facility. Huge training room, nice locker room. They even have a small museum giving tribute to the gracie family. The academy is still run by the gracie family. They a very friendly and take the time to teach you the right techniques.

In short it was a good experience. I think after a few refreshers I will be able to pick up where I left off.
